Bend Pine Haven Complete Interior Remodel
This comprehensive remodel in Pine Haven focused on modernizing the interior, improving functionality, and upgrading critical infrastructure—delivering a move-in-ready home completed just in time for the holidays.
Interior Remodel & Finishes
Simpson Construction completed a full interior remodel, starting with the removal of all existing flooring and installation of new 8” wide laminate flooring throughout the main living areas. The entire home received new 3½” baseboards, creating a clean, updated finish from room to room.
The kitchen was refreshed by refinishing and repainting existing cabinets, installing new cabinet hardware, adding a new backsplash, and upgrading with new appliances. New recessed can lighting was installed to improve both task lighting and overall ambiance. The entire interior was finished with fresh paint throughout, unifying the updated spaces.
At the rear of the home, an existing dividing wall was removed to completely reconfigure the layout and create a spacious owner’s suite, including a walk-in closet. Bathroom vanities were repainted to align with the updated interior design and color palette.
Infrastructure & Utility Upgrades
In addition to the interior remodel, Simpson Construction completed a septic-to-sewer conversion, excavating approximately 62 feet from the home to the street to tie into the municipal sewer system. The existing septic tank was professionally pumped, filled with gravel, and properly decommissioned in place. All required permits and approvals were obtained and managed as part of the project.
A new whole-home water filtration system was also installed, with incoming water filtered at the garage to improve water quality throughout the house.
Project Outcome
Careful scheduling and coordination allowed the project to be completed on time, enabling the homeowners to move in before Christmas. The result is a fully modernized home with upgraded systems, improved layout, and a clean, contemporary finish—ready for years of comfortable living in Bend.
